1. What Lemons is (and isn’t)

Lemons is a research tool. It gathers publicly available information, live market prices, and statistical models to produce an opinion about betting markets. It is not a sportsbook, a broker, a financial adviser, or a tipster service. We never take, place, or hold bets, and we never handle your gambling funds.

2. No financial or betting advice

Every verdict, probability, stake suggestion, and “edge” shown by Lemons is automated research output, provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Probabilities are estimates, not promises. Past performance of the engine says nothing about future results. Any decision to place a bet — and every consequence of that decision — is entirely yours. If you need financial advice, talk to a licensed professional.

3. No guarantees of accuracy

Research is generated by AI models working from live data sources that can be wrong, delayed, or incomplete. We make no warranty that any verdict, price, statistic, or source is accurate, current, or complete. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

4. Responsible play & eligibility

You must be of legal age for any betting activity in your jurisdiction (21+ where required) and are responsible for complying with your local laws, including whether sports betting or prediction markets are legal where you live. Never bet money you cannot afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, call 1-800-GAMBLER (US) or your local helpline.

5. Accounts, lemons & payments

“Lemons” are prepaid research credits, not money, and have no cash value. They cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed. Subscriptions and top-ups are billed through Stripe; you can cancel a subscription at any time, which stops future billing. Because research is consumed the moment it is generated, spent lemons are not refundable except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the service: no scraping, reselling, or automated bulk querying of the engine, no attempts to manipulate, jailbreak, or extract our systems and prompts, and no use of Lemons for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lemons and its operators are not liable for any losses — including gambling losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date above always reflects the latest version. Continuing to use Lemons after a change means you accept the updated terms.
